Amanda has been recruiting for over 25 years both in Melbourne and international markets and specifically with Accountancy Options and Options in Finance for over 16 years. An expert in senior accounting and finance roles, Amanda is a highly respected recruiter and a true leader within the market. Amanda’s clients love her engaging personality and proactive approach, and she’s well-known for her ability to turn around any brief quickly and efficiently. Her long-term relationships with both clients and candidates span back over 20+ years and this is what sets her apart from her competitors.

Peter Bourke

Principal Consultant – Accountancy Options

With a CA qualification starting off as an Accountant Peter has experience working for several leading and global clients, working within agency recruitment across the finance portfolio. Working within in-house recruitment for iconic brands such as NAB and Coles in his last roles, Peter has had exposure to a variety of industry sectors including Financial Services, Utilities, Professional Services, Engineering, Retail & FMCG, with a passionate focus on the finance and accounting discipline.

Peter’s 20 years of recruitment experience sees him bring his long-term relationships with a large database of accounting-qualified candidates, a strategic sourcing and proactive approach to work, great rapport with his clients and candidates, and 20 years of understanding the accounting market.

Natasha Jordan

Principal Consultant – Accountancy Options

Heading up the Accounting Support team and with 15 years of recruitment experience under her belt, Natasha is known for providing an honest and personalised service to both clients and candidates, providing staff across all industries in Melbourne’s CBD and metropolitan areas. Natasha brings a refreshingly thorough approach to the end-to-end recruitment process. Accounting Support roles are Natasha’s area of expertise.

When she’s not recruiting, Natasha can be found dancing at a gig, or seeking out her next sequined smothered outfit!

Kerry has been working in HR and recruitment for over 13 years, both in Australia and the UK, bringing her experience to Accountancy Options in 2014. Kerry holds a dual role with us – both as a Recruitment Manager and heading up our Business Support division. Kerry’s relationship management, reliability and epic problem-solving skills make her a natural recruiter.

An adrenaline junkie and our go to person for places to go in Melbourne, Kerry grabs any opportunity to head home to England to visit her family or travel to new destinations.
